The Deepening Bond

"Yes, our friendship has deepened, and we've become more open with each other," initiates Francine. Seth concurs, asserting, "But romantically, not yet. However, I can say that our friendship has grown stronger."

While their connection deepens, the romantic spark remains elusive. "Our bond continues to strengthen, but romantically, we haven't ventured into that territory yet," Seth affirms.

A Glimpse Behind the Scenes

In an exclusive interview with PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) at the media conference for Dirty Linen, held at ABS-CBN's Studio 10 on August 16, 2023, Francine and Seth shed light on their dynamic.

The two elucidated why love life takes a backseat for them at present. "We want to give our best to what we're doing. Dirty Linen is our maiden project together on screen, and it's the first time people get to see us in this capacity," Francine explains. Seth adds, "It's like this is the show that somehow proved we can do it together. Also, we're getting older. It never crossed our minds, 'Oh, we're partners, we should be in a relationship.'"

With a playful glance, Seth turns to Francine and asks, "We don't think about it, but how about you? Are you open to it?"

However, they emphasize that they don't shut the door on love. "If love comes knocking, we won't be stingy, but of course, work comes first," Francine states. Seth interjects with a playful quip, "I'll knock."

The Finale of Dirty Linen

As the curtains draw to a close on Dirty Linen this Friday, August 25, after a seven-month run, Seth and Francine reflect on the journey. The series has become a second family, with the cast forging a bond that transcends the screen.

Francine shares, "For me, it's bittersweet, as I mentioned earlier. It's sad to bid farewell to our characters and to each other. But at the same time, we're both grateful because we've been given this enormous and beautiful opportunity to showcase ourselves and prove that we can handle even bigger roles in the future."

Seth adds, "It's bittersweet, of course. Our bond, our camaraderie, it's become second nature to us. We've been doing this for eight months, and now it's over. Some of them are moving on to their own shows, some are going on vacations, and that's what I'll miss. But the lessons I've learned, I'll carry with me always. I'm sure they'll all still be there."

In the grand tapestry of their journey, FranSeth's tale is one of genuine connection and professional growth, a testament to the intricate dance between friendship and career in the limelight. As they bid adieu to Dirty Linen, the echoes of their collaboration will resonate, leaving an indelible mark on their careers and the hearts of their fans.
